Delivery Times and Costs
Megsy Moo offers delivery Australia wide by Australia Post. Delivery costs are specific to individual products. Orders are despatched by Australia Post within 48 hours.
Please allow 3-6 business days for delivery - for a guide refer to Australia Post Delivery Times (goods are despatched from Kennington (Bendigo)).
Undelivered Goods
If you have placed an order and have not received delivery within 3-6 business days, please phone Megsy Moo on 0438 599 931. Please have your order confirmation email on hand (you will receive this after you place your order).

Returns Policy
Your happiness is our number one priority at megsymoo.com.au. If you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise an exchange for you.
You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer where applicable.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, a replacement will be dispatched (subject to availability) once we receive the faulty return, at our cost. We reserve the final right to determine if a product is actually faulty.
Cancelled or unwanted items will attract a Restocking Fee of 15%. Cancelled or unwanted items returned after 14 days will attract Restocking Fees of 25%. Cancelled or unwanted items cannot be returned after 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please ensure that all original items including packaging, manuals, etc... Are returned. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
To make a return please email us at sales@megsymoo.com.au and we will provide you with a return authorisation form.
Safely pack all items back into the box with the Returns Form.

PayPal Payment System
Payments for goods purchased on the Megsy Moo website can be transferred via the PayPal payment system. Whilst Megsy Moo has taken all due care, PayPal is a third party system so Megsy Moo accepts no responsibility for the transacting of money through the PayPal system. Please contact PayPal direct for any issues or questions relating to PayPal payments.
Privacy Policy
All data submitted to the site administration by customers is safely stored and kept confidential. This data is used to process and deliver your order, and to help us monitor and improve our processes. None of your details will be passed on to any other third parties.
Sensitive data such as your personal details and payment details are transmitted over an SSL connection in the interests of maximising security.
Megsy Moo payment options are Bank Transfer or PayPal therefore Megsy Moo does not receive or store credit card details. If PayPal is selected as the payment method, payment details are handled by PayPal - see above.
